Dar formación es una oportunidad clara de dar con poder recibir. Desde 2011 comencé a dar impartir formaciones cuando todavía estaba como becaria en una agencia y me mandaron a Andorra a ayudar a Morabanc a mejorar sus presentaciones. La experiencia era un reto en todos los sentidos: mi primer curso, un temario propio, el cliente un banco con directivos en el gripo de alumnos, un viaje y todo sola. El esfuerzo tuvo más que recompensa y es el cliente salió tan satisfecho con la formación que tuvieron el detallazo de agradecerlo con la sesión de spa obligatoria cuando vas a Andorra.
Desde aquella formación hasta la actualidad han sido muchas las empresa, grupos y, en definitiva, personas con las que he podido compartir lo que conozco sobre áreas como: comunicación, presentaciones y herramientas, creatividad, innovación, pensamiento visual, diseño, desarrollo personal, teatro o, incluso, cómo afrontar el stress.
Las formaciones suelen ser tan intensas que a veces no me acuerdo de la foto, pero tengo el propósito de que nunca falte porque cuando el grupo sale aprendiendo y divirtiéndose eso merece más que un recuerdo.
Una parte de las formaciones a esos clientes fueron de mi etapa en ATREVIA, y una gran parte a través de Adecco Training como formadora homologada, con MSXI, y, en los últimos años, también junto a Extrategor.
Próximamente espero presentaros un nuevo proyecto formativo con que poder llegar mejor a todos :-)
Giving training is a clear opportunity to give with the power to receive. I started giving training in 2011 when I was still an intern in an agency and I was sent to Andorra to help Morabanc to improve their presentations. The experience was a challenge in every way: my first course, my own syllabus, the client a bank with managers in the group of students, a trip and all alone. The effort was more than rewarded and the client was so satisfied with the training that they were so nice to thank me with the mandatory spa session when you go to Andorra.
From that training until today there have been many companies, groups and, in short, people with whom I have been able to share what I know about areas such as: communication, presentations and tools, creativity, innovation, visual thinking, design, personal development, theater or even how to deal with stress.
The trainings are usually so intense that sometimes I don't remember the photo, but I have the purpose of never missing it because when the group leaves learning and having fun that deserves more than a memory.
Part of the trainings to these clients were from my time at ATREVIA, and a large part through Adecco Training as a certified trainer, with MSXI, and, in the last few years, also with Extrategor.
Soon I hope to present a new training project with which I can better reach everyone :-)
