Desde el departamento de Deportes de la Universidad de Jaén me encargar la tarea de crear unas cortinillas y títulos de crédito divertidos, a lo Monthy Python, cercano a las animaciones sobre máquinas Rube Goldberg, el Sargent Pepper de los Beatles o la entrada del programa de "Ilustres Ignorantes".
Estas animaciones breves serían las conectoras de varios capítulos de un documental disparatado sobre la Historia de las Olimpiadas que ellos mismos, un equipo de docentes apasionados, estaban llevando a cabo con una puesta en escena, con banda sonora en directo incluida, para su estreno en la Universidad.
Con muchas ganas, pocos recursos, y ese estilo retro que engancha, éste fue el resultado de una parte del proyecto, uno de esos proyectos en las que te las ingenias, la imaginación se lo pasa bomba y ¡no puedes parar!

The Sports Department of the University of Jaén gave me the task of creating some funny bumpers and credits, in a Monthy Python style, similar to the animations about Rube Goldberg machines, the Beatles' Sargent Pepper or the entrance of the "Illustrious Ignoramuses" programme.
These short animations would be the connectors of several chapters of a crazy documentary on the History of the Olympics that they themselves, a team of passionate teachers, were making with a staging, including a live soundtrack, for its premiere at the University.
With a lot of enthusiasm, few resources, and that retro style that gets you hooked, this was the result of one part of the project, one of those projects in which you manage, your imagination runs wild and you can't stop!
